The Canadian Club of Boston

The Canadian Club of Boston 2010-2011 season has begun!  Our club meets Monday nights for one draw (7:30p).  We are currently at full capacity for our membership.

Monday, March 8 will be the annual Hatfield event, a ‘friendly’ with TCC.  There are a limited number of spaces available, so if you didn’t sign up on Monday, March 1 and are interested in curling next Monday, please contact Dan Dacey.

For those attending, please remember to bring a sweet or savory to share.

Curling on 4 sheets last night.  Strategic matches on all sheets.  Of particular interest would have been the Veidenheimer vs. Veidenheimer match on sheet B.  With eerily keen strategy and precision shot-making, the younger brother prevailed to the roar of the crowd.

I fine assortment of cheeses, hummus and celery were enjoyed during broomstacking, as well as ‘Carrots by Roger’!

The 2009-2010 curling season for the Canadian Club of Boston began on Monday, October 19, 2009.  We had three active sheets of curling on our first night and four this past Monday.  We meet weekly on Mondays with games starting at 7:30pm.
